* 699659: kdump over net does not work
* 706059: Fix kdump over network using ssh/scp
* 706936: Fix LSB actions and return values
* 722440: Check SSH host key when saving dump

* 717263: allow kdump when booted in EFI mode
* 732768: Recognize compressed ELF files
