SUSE is always seeking to meet the requirements of numerous countries worldwide. While Common Criteria is recognized globally, in several countries there are additional requirements in order to work with government, military, and critical infrastructure agencies, and we do due diligence to ensure we comply with them all. Here is a list of the special, country specific certifications SUSE has achieved.
Korea ITSCC Common Criteria Certification
SUSE has achieved a Common Criteria EAL4 level security certification for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) 15 from the Korean Information Technology Security Certification Center (ITSCC). The certification can be viewed or retrieved from:

Chinese Government Standard GB 18030
SUSE certifies their SLES Product line through the Chinese government for the GB 18030-2022 standards. This is the Chinese ideographic character set and encoding standard mandated by the Chinese government. It was updated in 2022 and supports the extended character support that was implemented August 1, 2023. SUSE has achieved the following product certifications:

National Cryptologic Centre (Spain)
The National Cryptologic Centre (CCN) an organisation within the National Intelligence Centre (CNI) of Spain has designated SUSE Linux Enterprise Server with the highest rating of ENS High for qualified products for the Spanish Government.

Telecommunications Technology Association (Republic of Korea)
The Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA) of Korea, is a government affiliated organization for software quality certification. Since 2001 TTA has been providing various testing and certification services including GS testing certification, Benchmark test and CC evaluation to improve the quality of domestic software. The Good Software (GS) Certification, also known as the Certificate of Software Quality, ensures quality software derived from the ISO/IEC 25023, 25051 and 25041 standards.

The Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) is a military agency within the Russian Ministry of Defence. FSTEC is responsible for information security and protection of Russian technology.
