corosync failure after patching/update

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 SP3
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications 15 SP3

Situation

After patching/update corosync fails. 
While troubleshooting issue with ' corosync -f ' command , following error message can be seen :
fips - softokn: crypto test failed - aborting


 

Resolution

Ensure 'mozilla-nss' and 'libsoftokn3' packages are on the same version; ideally update all packages to latest versions instead of submitting only a subset of packages for the update.

Cause

Either 'mozilla-nss' or 'libsoftokn3' was among the packages which were patched/updated .

Here, we can see a difference between package versions:

libsoftokn3-3.90-150000.3.101.1.x86_64.rpm

- `zypper up mozilla\*' was used as an attempt to solve the issue
