"salt-run state.orch ceph.stage.3" will fail due to tuned packages not installed.

Situation

"salt-run state.orch ceph.stage.3" will fail due to tuned packages not installed.

If customers run stage.0 after running stage.5, the issue is masked.
If customers run stage.1-3 after stage.5, then stage.3 will fail because tuned is not installed.

Resolution

Run "salt-run state.orch ceph.stage.0" to reinstall "tuned" package on all nodes where it was removed.

Alternatively use the following commands on each node :

zypper in tuned
systemctl enable tuned
systemctl start tuned
tuned-adm profile ceph-throughput

Cause

"salt-run state.orch ceph.stage.5" will remove "tuned" package from nodes that are not Mon's or Storage nodes.
