The following log entry is seen every 15 minutes in /var/log/messages and journalctl:
systemd: Reached target Shutdown


The log message does not indicate that there was a system shutdown or reboot.
This message can be ignored.


Cause for this are user sessions ended which run via cronjob.

2017-07-20T17:45:01.269105+02:00 d00-00-00-c7-c1-01 systemd[1]: Stopping User Manager for UID 0...
2017-07-20T17:45:01.298183+02:00 d00-00-00-c7-c1-01 systemd[5832]: Reached target Shutdown.
