Unable to import templates in Suse Studio

SUSE Studio 1.2


Steps to reproduce:
Go into studio as the admin user.  Go to "Advanced" then "Templates"
Then import the missing templates and get the following error.

Error:Element.update("guru-meditation-message", "Software Failure. Press left
mouse button to continue.\nundefined method `path' for nil:NilClass\nGuru
Meditation #1682118166.1682118166");
Element.update("guru-meditation-backtrace", "undefined method `path' for


Make sure that you are properly set up in the Novell Customer Center (NCC) for the products that you need templates for.

Check the repoindex.xml file to make sure you have access to the products for the templates.
In a web browser use https://<username>:<password> replacing <username> and <password> with your NCC mirror credentials.

Check the mirror credentials that studio is using and make sure they are correct.
On the Studio server
  cd /srv/studio/ui-server/
  RAILS_ENV=production ./script/runner "puts"
  RAILS_ENV=production ./script/runner "puts"

If the Studio is not using the correct mirror credential then reset them with  replacing with your studio server.
