SMT shows OES2-SP3 catalogs as not mirrorable

This document (7007596) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.

Environment

Subscription Management Tool (SMT) for SUSE Linux Enterprise 11
Subscription Management Tool (SMT) for SUSE Linux Enterprise 10
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10

Situation

While trying to enable the OES2-SP3 catalogs (OES2-SP3-Pool, OES2-SP3-Updates and OES2-SP3-Online) in SMT they are shown as not mirrorable. A refresh run of smt-ncc-sync does not fix the issue.

Resolution

Please check the mirror credentials in the Novell Customer Center account (https://www.novell.com/center -> in the left navigation panel: My Products -> Mirror Credentials). If the URLs for OES2-SP3 repositories are not listed please file a service request to get the mirror credentials rebuilt.
