SLES 10 SP1 will crash if JS22 utilizes the on-board network adapter (PPC)

Situation

This only applies to JS22 blade Hardware.

During installation of SLES 10 SP1 on JS22 if the network is configured the following oops will occur:

Resolution

A SLES10 SP1 kernel update (2.6.16.53-0.8) includes the patch.
