SUSE Linux Enterprise hangs during install requiring a hard reboot and preventing installation

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 SP6 QU3 (all variations including SLED, SLES and SLES + WE)
SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 SP7 (all variations including SLED, SLES and SLES + WE)


Situation

SUSE Linux Enterprise hangs during install requiring a hard reboot and preventing installation.

Resolution

1. Disable the Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200 wireless adapter in system BIOS prior to installation.
2. Install SLE 15 using Network Manager as network utility
3. Enable the Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE200 wireless adapter in system BIOS prior to initial OS boot.
4. Adapter can be managed via Network Manager (Wicked does not support adapter)
