How to Receive CVE and Patch Updates for Rancher?

Situation

Currently, there is no official mailing list dedicated to receiving CVE alerts or patch notifications for Rancher. 

Resolution

The Rancher team is actively working on introducing an official mailing list or notification system in the near future. Until the official mailing list is launched, you can stay informed about Rancher-related vulnerabilities and patches by regularly checking the SUSE CVE Dashboard:

This dashboard provides the latest Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) information across SUSE products, including Rancher. You can use the search functionality to filter CVEs by CVE ID.

 

Additional Information

We understand the importance of timely updates about security vulnerabilities. The Rancher team is actively working on launching a mailing list or notification system that allows users to subscribe and receive security and patch updates directly.
