Supportconfig 3.2.10-150300.7.35.36.4 fails to collect spacewalk-debug on SUSE Manager Server 4.3

Environment

SUSE Manager Server 4.3

Situation

On the SUSE Manager Server 4.3 with supportutils-3.2.10-150300.7.35.36.4.noarch installed the supportconfig command doesn't collect SUSE Manager Server logs and the below error can be seen in the supportconfig output:

Supportconfig Plugins: 8
Plugin: susemanager... Error

Resolution

To workaround the issue until supportconfig is fixed, install the previous working supportconfig versio by running:

zypper in --oldpackage supportutils-3.2.8-150300.7.35.33.1

Cause

The supportutils-3.2.10-150300.7.35.36.4.noarch package is not shipping the legacy /usr/lib/supportconfig/resources/scplugin.rc anymore.

Additional Information

To avoid this issue and keep system up-to-date zyper lock can be added by running:

zypper al supportutils
