SUSE Manager webUI returns: HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Environment

SUSE Manager 4.2.9

Situation

After applying the latest available patches using the command "zypper patch" it is no longer possible to access the SUSE manager webUI as the following error is returned:

HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Resolution

Checking the SUSE Manager for available patches it appears the following patches are still available:

SLE-Module-Server-Applications15-SP3-Updates | SUSE-SLE-Module-Server-Applications-15-SP3-2022-2794 | feature  | moderate | ---         | optional | -     | Feature update for ongres-scram, ongres-stringprep, postgresql-jdbc
SLE-Module-SUSE-Manager-Server-4.2-Updates   | SUSE-SLE-Module-SUSE-Manager-Server-4.2-2022-2794    | feature  | moderate | ---         | optional | -     | Feature update for ongres-scram, ongres-stringprep, postgresql-jdbc


These patches are required for SUSE Manager to operate normally and therefore these need to be applied using either of the following commands:

# zypper patch --with-optional
# zypper up
