[Rancher] Does my support subscription to Rancher include support for RancherOS?

No. RancherOS is an independent product. A separate commercial support subscription is needed for RancherOS support.  But that is no longer available for purchase as RancherOS 1.x is past its End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Sale (EOS) milestone dates.
