[Rancher] How much in advance do we need to notify Rancher Support on upgrades?

On all regular, planned upgrades, Rancher Support requests Customer to notify as early as possible. Notifications that are one (1) calendar week in advance provide reasonable time for Rancher Support to follow up with any applicable advisories.
