Jun 14 16:37:42 vm-fld-suma-upg systemd[1]: Started Cobbler Helper Daemon.

Resolution

This is a cosmetic failure and can safely be ignored.

Cause

The touch command that is failing is used to restart a web application that could optionally be installed for cobblerd. This web application however is not used and therefore not installed on a SUSE Manager server.
