Resolution

As a workaround you can turn off apparmor chkconfig apparmor off and reboot the server.

Cause

The problem is due to a regression in the apparmor profiles for /usr/sbin/libvirtd. This regression prevents Xen from working properly.

Additional Information

Bug 913799 has been filed, and the main repositories will have a fix for this in the near future. this problem is seen in version libvirt-1.2.5-21.1
