When the smt-ncc-scc-migration is performed, it stops and the following warning is displayed:

2015-01-19 16:12:52 SMT::SCCSync - [error]  DBD::mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry '100641-100638' for key 'pdid_extid_unq' at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/SMT/ line 725.

This is just a warning and hasn't prevented the migration or will impede future functionality.
To confirm that the migration has been successfully performed, "smt-repos" can be run in a terminal. A successful migration will display the SLES-12 repositories in the list of repositories. Alternatively they are also be displayed in the YaST SMT Management.

If the error messages also occur when running smt-scc-sync or smt-sync please see the following TID:

TID 7017148 - smt-scc-sync and smt-sync returning mysql::db do failed: Duplicate entry errors
