SSL on Apache 2.2 for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 not working

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 1



Https://servername fails to open giving error diagnose connection.
/var/log/apache2/error_log shows following errors :-
  1. Init: Session Cache is not configured [hint: SSLSessionCache]
  2. Invalid method in request \x16\x03\x01



  1. Start Yast.
  2. Go to Network Services | HTTP Server | Server_Modules
  3. Select SSL and enable it.
