lpfc kernel module does not support suspend to disk

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 2

Situation

The Emulex fibre channel driver lpfc does not support suspend to disk (ACPI S4). Running e.g. "echo disk > /sys/power/state" or "powersave -U" results in a kernel oops.

Resolution

Suspend is not implemented at all for basically all fibre channel drivers at this time.
