XEN: Remote SSH connections from Virt-Manager fail

Environment

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 2

Situation

When connecting from one Virt-Manager console on one DomU to another, the following error may appear:

ERROR:

Unable to open connection to hypervisor URI 'xen+ssh://root@bhoward2/':
libvirt.libvirtError virConnectOpenReadOnly() failed Connection reset by peer

Resolution

This is a known issue with SLES 10 SP2. Engineering is working to address this issue.
