smt-mirror returning checksum errors

Environment

Subscription Management Tool 11
SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 Service Pack 3 (SLES 11 SP3)

Situation

When running an smt mirror repos are returning a lot of checksum errors

Resolution

The issue is related to a change in our distributed content provider which exposed an issue in smt. The issue has been resolved with the following update versions:

smt-1.2.5-0.7.1.x86_64.rpm
smt-support-1.2.5-0.7.1.x86_64.rpm

(provided in patch: https://download.suse.com/Download?buildid=_-6EwXT1ffs~)

NOTE: The files listed above are for SLES 11 SP3 / SMT 11 SP3 only. If an earlier version of SMT is deployed it will need to be upgraded to SLES 11 SP3 / SMT 11 SP3 in order to resolve this issue.

Fully patching your SLES 11 SP3 / SMT 11 SP3 should provide the necessary SMT updates to resolve this issue.
