
Jonas Persson | Chairman of the Board
Jonas is the former CEO of Microsoft Sweden and has held a number of senior positions within Microsoft, including as COO of cloud services and software development engagements. Has also worked in development of infrastructure, mobility and development tools during more than 20 years in the software development industry.
Jonas attended University of Uppsala, Sweden and holds a PhD in Physical Organic Chemistry.

Franck Cohen | President SAP Digital Core & Industry Solutions
Franck Cohen is the former President SAP Digital Core & Industry Solutions.
In 2018, Franck took over the responsibility for the newly created Digital Core organization where SAP decided to consolidate all product and development activities related to the ERP solutions and the industry solutions with the objective to migrate from an On premise to a cloud architecture and a subscription model. Franck has invested massively on ML and AI as the main catalyst of the digital transformation.
Franck joined SAP in 2009 as Senior Vice President, COO for EMEA. In 2011, he was appointed President of Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2017, he became SAP’s first global Chief Commercial Officer responsible for SAP’s go-to-market, operations and all underlying processes across all LoBs globally.
Franck began his career in 1987 when he successfully launched and ran an enterprise resource planning (ERP) reseller in France. Ten years later, he joined Intentia, a Swedish ERP company, where he held several roles including General Manager of EMEA and EVP of Sales Worldwide. In 2006, when Intentia merged with Lawson Software, Franck remained with the new company as General Manager for EMEA. He subsequently relocated to the United States to lead the North American and the EMEA organization.
Franck studied Mathematics and Electronic Engineering at Tel Aviv University. He has lived in Israel, Singapore, Germany, the US and France.

Nora M. Denzel
Nora M. Denzel is an American software executive with over 30 years of experience in Silicon Valley. Her experience began as a software engineer at IBM where she became an executive after 13 years. She also was a section 16 officer at Legato Systems, an enterprise software company, leading the company through a period of tremendous growth. In addition, Nora has been a key C-suite executive at Intuit as the SVP of Big Data. She also led three large global divisions of HPE: Software and Services, Consulting, and Computer Storage. In 2012 she was named by Business Insider as one of the Top 25 Women Engineers.
Her board experience covers both private, advisory and public companies spanning multiple industries including: Enterprise/Cloud Software (Talend), Telecommunications (Ericsson), Semiconductors (AMD), and Financial Services (BBVA, BizEquity).
Nora holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Anand Krishnan | Chief Executive Officer, IBS Software
Anand comes with a 20-yr track record of building high-growth software businesses. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice-President at Canonical Software where he led the commercialization and growth of the Ubuntu business. Prior to that, he held several executive positions over a decade at Microsoft Corp and was responsible for launching and growing Microsoft’s Cloud business internationally. Before that, he was an early-hire at enterprise software startup Trilogy Software and helped scale the company to triple-digit millions in revenues. Anand holds a Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Stanford University. He remains based in London.

Alex Pinchev
Alex Pinchev is a veteran top global executive with a 35+ year track record of success in the software industry whose experience ranges from founding companies to being a senior executive and serving on boards of prominent publicly traded global companies. He is an inspiring leader with extensive knowledge and connections in cloud, security, AI, IT infrastructure, open source, and related IT fields, specializing in sound positioning, growth, and go-to-market strategies. In addition to serving on public and private boards of directors, Alex has held four CEO positions, served as President and Section 16 officer in two public companies and founded three companies on his own. He was previously the President of Global Sales and Marketing at Rackspace, a publicly traded company with revenue over $2 billion. From 2003 to 2012, Alex was the President of Red Hat, leading global sales, services and field marketing, growing the company's revenue from $50m to more than $1 billion. He remains active on public and private boards and continues to advise and invest in startups and firms seeking global expansion, through his company Capri Ventures LLC.

Johannes Reichel
Johannes Reichel joined EQT Partners in April 2011. He is a Partner in the Munich office. Prior to joining EQT Partners, Johannes worked for Deutsche Bank in Mergers & Acquisitions between 2006 and 2011 in Frankfurt, London and Tokyo. Johannes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
