Intel® Distribution for Python 2017
The Intel® Distribution for Python* is a performance-oriented distribution that delivers robust solutions for faster performance from your Python* applications, in an easy-to-access integrated package. The primary route to performance accelerates Python computational packages like NumPy/ SciPy/scikit-learn with powerful native Intel® Performance Libraries—such as Intel® Math Kernel Library, Intel® Threading Building Blocks, and Intel® Data Analytics Acceleration Library— by leveraging optimized algorithms, threading, and vectorization features. Alternate methods derive performance from access to LLVM-enabled JIT compiling in Numba* and Python to C compiling in Cython*. The distribution is compatible with pip and conda, and available for Windows*, OS X*, and Linux*.
