Bioinformatics Toolbox 4.3.1
Bioinformatics Toolbox™ provides algorithms and apps for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), microarray analysis, mass spectrometry, and gene ontology. The toolbox also provides statistical techniques for detecting peaks, imputing values for missing data, and selecting features.
Control System Toolbox™ provides industry-standard algorithms and Apps for systematic analysis, to design and optimization of linear control and regulation systems. These systems can be modeled as a transfer function, the state space and Pol-Nullstellen-Darstellungen or its frequency response. With apps and features such as step response and Bode plots can visualize the system behavior both in time domain and in the frequency domain. Compensator parameters can be tuned by automatic PID optimization, Bode loop shaping, root locus method, LQR / LQG design and other interactive and automated techniques. The Toolbox also enables validation of designs by verification of compliance with requirements such as rise time, overshoot, settling time, amplitude, and phase margin, and a number of other parameters.
