Install: PXE boot, OS installed via network.
The mlx4_core.ko used during testing is not SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant. The driver was forcibly loaded using insmod -f. The driver was installed from the following driver package: MLNX_OFED_LINUX-2.3-1.0.1-sles11sp3-x86_64.iso. This driver package can be downloaded and installed after the SLES install.
