Config Notes

Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard Disk Configuration: JBOD
Serial/USB/VGA port(s): provided through KVM connector console breakout cable which supplies one RS232 serial port, one VGA port and two USB ports. System was scaled up to 8-socket by joining four x880 X6 with 8S scalability connector.
VM Driver Pack: All FV guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 R2 drivers are available from https://download.suse.com/ (VMDP-WIN-2.2.exe).
The patch from Bug 957870 is needed to install XEN server and tools and was applied to the host.
SR-IOV/PCI Pass-through: Current system configuration does not support network SR-IOV or network PCI Pass-through.
Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with following additional parameters "dom0_mem=8G dom0_max_vcpus=4".
