Config Notes

Hard Disk Configuration: RAID 0 and RAID1.
Install: System installed using the internal DVD drive; the OS was installed from DVD using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration.
PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where the network adapter was given to the SLES 11 SP3 x86-64 guest. An added network adapter, Intel PRO/1000 PT Server Adapter (82572EI GB Ethernet Controller), was used in this testing - this adapter was using the standard SP3 e1000e driver.
VM Driver Pack: The SLES 11 SP3 x86 and Windows guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES 11 SP3 drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2008 drivers are available from http://download.novell.com (VMDP-WIN-2.0.exe), and the virtio network drivers were used during testing.
