Config Notes
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard Disk Configuration: JBOD. System was scaled up to 8-sockets by joining four x880 X6 with 8S scalability connector.
- Serial/USB/VGA port(s): provided through KVM connector console breakout cable which supplies one RS232 serial port, one VGA port and two additional USB ports.
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given the SLES 15 SP1 guest. One of the Lenovo Embedded 10GB Virtual Fabric Ethernet LOM adapters was used in this testing.
