Config Notes

Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Disk configuration: JBOD. Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with and requires the following additional load parameters: dom0_mem=12G dom0_max_vcpus=4.
Kdump (SLES12SP4): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=236M,high crashkernel=72M,low using YaST.
SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to the SLES 12 FV guest. One of the Lenovo ThinkSystem X710-DA2 PCIe 10Gb SFP+ adapters was used in this testing.
