Config Notes

Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Tested as a 1-node scalable partition with 4 Compute Books. Hard disk configuration: separate RAID 0.
Kdump: the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to "crashkernel=212M,high crashkernel=162M,low" using YaST.
Maintenance update: Update SUSE Linux Enterprise Server grub2 (624) and xen (508) were applied to the host during certification testing. Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with following additional parameters "dom0_mem=4G dom0_max_vcpus=10".
SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to a SLES 12 guest. One of the Intel X540 ML2 10GbaseT adapters were used in this testing.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 R2 drivers are available from https://download.suse.com/ (VMDP-WIN-2.3.exe).
