Config Notes
- Install: SLES OS installation was performed by using a virtual DVD device.
- The driver "i40e" that was used during testing is SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant. The driver was installed from "intel-i40e-2.1.26-20.1.x86_64.rpm" and "intel-i40e-kmp-default-2.1.26_k4.4.21_69-20.1.x86_64.rpm". To obtain the driver package, access to https://sso.hds.com and click on "Support Connect", then select "Product Downloads". RPM can be used to install SUSE Linux Enterprise Server(SLES) to the SAN storage, and driver package can be installed after the SLES installation.
- The driver "megaraid_sas" that was used during testing is SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant. The driver was installed from "lsi-megaraid_sas-kmp-default-07.704.04.00_k4.4.21_69-6.1.x86_64.rpm". To obtain the driver package, access to https://sso.hds.com and click on "Support Connect", then select "Product Downloads". RPM can be used to install SUSE Linux Enterprise Server(SLES) to the SAN storage, and driver package can be installed after the SLES installation.
- All ports of Intel XXV710-DA2 Ethernet Network Adapters were tested at 25Gb/s speed.
