The BladeCenter® HS23 (7875, E5-2600) is a next-generation two-socket blade server running the Intel® Xeon® E5-2600 processor. With its industry-leading RAS features, energy efficiency, outstanding performance, flexible and scalable I/O, and complete systems management, HS23 offers a robust platform optimized for your mission-critical applications. Standard 30 mm single-wide form-factor protects your investments by providing compatibility with the Lenovo BladeCenter H, E, S, and HT chassis. BladeCenter HS23 offers four integrated LAN ports: dual-port Gigabit Ethernet and dual-port 10 Gb Ethernet with Lenovo Virtual Fabric capability.

Config Notes
- VM Driver Pack: All FV guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES 11 SP3 drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 drivers are available from http://download.novell.com (VMDP-WIN-2.1.exe).
- PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where the network adapter was given to the SLES 11 SP3 x86-64 FV guest. One of the embedded Intel Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
- Hard Disk Configuration: RAID 0 and RAID 1.
