Product Description
The IBM® Flex System™ x240 M5 Compute Node is a high-performance server that offers new security, efficiency, and reliability features to handle business-critical workloads. Config Notes

Kdump (SLE12SP2): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=142M,high crashkernel=102M,low using YaST.
Installation Kit: The lenovo_servers_thinksystem-sle12sp2-x86_64-1.0.iso installation kit is SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant. This installation kit must be downloaded and used to start the SLES installation. To obtain the installation kit go to: https://drivers.suse.com/lenovo/Lenovo-ThinkSystem/sle-12-sp2-x86_64/1.0/.
Serial/USB/VGA port(s): provided through KVM connector console breakout cable which supplies one RS232 serial port, one VGA port and two USB ports. The system also has one internal USB port. Hard disk configuration: RAID 1.
