Product Description
The T630 platform consists of the Intel® Xeon® E5-2699 v3 processor used in conjunction with the Intel® DHX99 Platform Controller Hub (PCH). This is a two-chip platform as opposed to traditional three-chip platforms (CPU, Memory Controller and I/O Controller) made possible because this family of processors includes an integrated memory controller (IMC) and integrated I/O (IIO) (such as PCI Express* and DMI2) on a single silicon die.
