Config Notes
- VM Driver Pack: All FV guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 drivers are available from https://download.suse.com/ (VMDP-WIN-2.2.exe).
- PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where a network adapter was given to the SLES 12 FV guest. An added Intel 82573E Gigabit Ethernet Controller adapters was used in this testing.
- Maintenance updates: The Linux Kernel 333 updates are required and were installed during certification testing.
- UEFI Configuration: The default "Per Core P-state" setting in the UEFI setup must be changed from Enable to Disable with SLES 12. (F1 Setup --> System Settings --> Processors --> Per Core P-state to Disable).
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard Disk Configuration: RAID 0.
