Config Notes
- Power Management: System does not support standby.
- Power Management: System/Processor does not support throttling.
- The ATI driver used during testing is PLDP compliant and was installed from the following rpm: ati-fglrxG02-kmp-pae(version:8.762_2.6.32.12_0.7-1(i586)) and x11-video-fglrxG02(version:8.762-1(i586)). This driver can be downloaded and installed after the SLED install.
To install the ATI driver,below steps are needed:
1.Yast-->Software Repositories
Click "Add" in "Configured Software Repositories",select "Specify URL" and click "Next".Enter the "Repository name" as "ATI driver" and "URL" as "http://www2.ati.com/suse/sle11sp1" in "Media Type",and click "Next"
2.Yast-->Software Management.
Change the filter to "Repositories",select the repositorit names "ATI" and install the packages listed in "Availabel".
3.Restart system is also needed.
- The Realtek Wireless Card driver used during testing is PLDP compliant and was installed from the following rpm: realtek-r8192se_pci(version:2.6.0016.0423.2010-2(i586)) and realtek-r8192se_pci-kmp-pae(version:2.6.0016.0423.2010_2.6.32.12_0.7-2(i586)). This driver can be downloaded and installed after the SLED install. To obtain the driver go to: http://forgeftp.novell.com/driver-process/staging/pub/update/realtek/sle11sp1/preload/i586
