Product Description
The IBM System x3750 M4 is a 4-socket server featuring a streamlined design, optimized for price and performance, with best-in-class flexibility and expandability. Models of the x3750 M4 are powered with Intel Xeon E5 processors, up to 8 cores each, for an entry-level 4-socket solution. Config Notes
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. System configured with UEFI PXE in the F1 system setup. Hard disk configuration: JBOD.
- PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where one of the host network adapters was given to one of the SLES 12 SP4 guests. One of the internal Intel Ethernet Controller I210-AT adapters was used for this testing.
