Config Notes

Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Disk configuration: two HDD and two M.2 (boot) drives configured as separate RAID 1 devices.
Serial/USB/VGA port(s): provided through KVM connector console breakout cable which supplies one RS232 serial port, one VGA port and two USB ports. The system also has one internal USB port.
Kdump (SLE15): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=266M,high crashkernel=162M,low using YaST.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows Server 2016 drivers are available from http://download.suse.com (VMDP-WIN-2.5.exe), the virtio network drivers were used during testing.
SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to one of the SLES 15 guests. One of the Intel Ethernet Connection X722 for 10GBASE-T adapters was used in this testing.
