Config Notes

Install: The SLES install was performed using a virtual DVD device.
The <140e.ko> used during testing is not SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant. The driver was installed from the following driver package: <i40e-2.0.19.tar.gz>. This driver package can be downloaded and installed after the SLES install. To obtain the driver go to: https://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/files/i40e%20stable/2.0.19/
Kdump (SLES11SP4): the crash kernel reserved memory parameter was changed from the default 128M to 256M (crashkernel=512M-:256M) for kdump to function correctly.
