Product Description

Config Notes
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to the SLES 12 x86_64 guest. One of the embedded Four-Port 10GB Virtual Fabric Ethernet LOM adapters was used in this testing.
- VM Driver Pack: All FV guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 drivers are available from https://download.suse.com/ (VMDP-WIN-2.2.exe).
- Serial/USB/VGA port(s): provided through KVM connector console breakout cable which supplies one RS232 serial port, one VGA port and two USB ports. The system also has one internal USB port. System was scaled up to 4-socket by joining two x880 X6 with 4S scalability connector.
- Install: System installed using an external USB DVD drive; the OS was installed from DVD using the UEFI boot loader configuration. Hard Disk Configuration: JBOD
