Config Notes

Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Tested as a 2-node scalable partition with 8 Compute Books. Hard disk configuration: RAID 0 and RAID1.
Kdump: the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to "crashkernel=213M,high crashkernel=132M,low" using YaST.
SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to a SLES 12 guest. One of the Intel X540 ML2 10GbaseT adapters were used in this testing.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 R2 drivers are available from https://download.suse.com/ (VMDP-WIN-2.3.exe).
