Config Notes

Kdump: the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to "crashkernel=188M,high crashkernel=142M,low" using YaST.
Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard disk configuration: two separate RAID 0 and a four disk RAID 5. Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with and requires the following additional load parameters: dom0_mem=12G dom0_max_vcpus=4 (parameters are required but the specific values can be changed).
SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to the SLES 12 SP3 FV guest. One of the integrated Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows Server 2016 drivers are available from http://download.suse.com (VMDP-WIN-2.4.exe).
