The new ESPRIMO E900 0-Watt PC, equipped with highly innovative technology from Fujitsu and Intel®, is a power-saving wonder which fully meets all business and space requirements. With a volume of less than 13 liters it can be positioned vertically or horizontally - ideal for every desk. Made of specially selected material and, in addition to the 0-Watt function, equipped with further power- save options, such as a switched monitor outlet and power management, the ESPRIMO small form factor PC already meets today the legal requirements of tomorrow. Furthermore, this desktop PC, equipped with a power supply with an efficiency of up to 94%, more than meets all the environmental guidelines. Don’t make any compromises!

Config Notes

Install: System installed using the internal DVD drive; the OS was installed from DVD using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard disk configuration: RAID 1. Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with following additional parameters: dom0_mem=12G dom0_max_vcpus=8.
SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to the SLES 12 FV guest. One of the Intel Ethernet Server I350-T2 adapters was used in this testing.
Kdump (SLE12SP2): the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to crashkernel=153M,high crashkernel=112M,low using YaST.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 R2 drivers are available from http://download.suse.com (VMDP-WIN-2.3.exe).
