Config Notes
- Kdump: the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to "crashkernel=167M,high crashkernel=132M,low" using YaST.
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard disk configuration: RAID 0, RAID 1 and RAID 5.
- VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 R2 drivers are available from http://download.suse.com (VMDP-WIN-2.3.exe).
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to the SLES 12 FV guest. One of the embedded Intel Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
