Product Description
Intel® Desktop Board D410PT with integrated Intel® Atom processor D410 and the Intel® NM10 Express Chipset enables low-power consumption and reduces the package footprint by 70 percent. The board also features 10/100 integrated LAN and USB Solid State Drive (SSD) keep-out-zone design an ideal combination for a diskless usage model. With breakthrough low-power silicon, the Intel Desktop Board D410PT can also be used with a passive thermal solution based on the recommended boundary conditions.

Config Notes

Install: System installed using external USB connected DVD drive; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration.
PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where the network adapter was given to the SLES 11 SP2 x86-64 guest. One of the embedded Intel® Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES 11 SP2 drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2008 drivers are available from http://download.novell.com (VMDP-WIN-2.0.exe), and the virtio network drivers were used during testing.
