Config Notes
- kISO Install: System was installed using the kISO ibmbe2netv2.iso. This kISO is required as an initial boot media to start the standard install process. The kISO can be downloaded from: http://http://drivers.suse.com/driver-process/pub/update/IBM/sle10sp4/sle10sp4be2netkiso/. One of the required updates in the kISO is the be2net network driver, this driver is PLDP compliant.
- Kdump: During the install using the ibmbe2netv2.iso kISO the following three modules must also be installed: kdump, kernel-kdump and kexec-tools. This is required to update the be2net driver to function with kdump.
- Hard Disk Configuration: RAID 5 with hot-spare.
