Config Notes

Maintenance update: SLES 12 Xen kernel update 527 was installed on the host during certification testing.
Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Tested as a 2-node scalable partition with 8 Compute Books. Hard disk configuration: separate RAID 0. Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with following additional parameters: dom0_mem=10G dom0_max_vcpus=10. The FV SLES guests were tested with 16 VCPUs each.
VM Driver Pack: All FV guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2012 R2 drivers are available from http://download.suse.com (VMDP-WIN-2.2.exe).
PCI Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where one of the network adapter was given to the SLES 12 FV guest. One of the Broadcom BCM5720 GbE adapters was used in this testing.
