Product Description
The Infiniti Global Line 2700 MV is based on the Intel® Thurley platform (Tylersburg 24D chipset and ICH10R), and Pilot II chip as the Server Management Controller. The Thurley platform consists of the Gainstown processor, the Tylersburg IOH (24D), the I/O Controller Hub (ICH10R), and the I/O subsystem. The Gainstown processor includes the Intel QuickPath Interconnect memory controller that resides within the processor package. The Storage solution is Integrated ICH10R for SATA devices; the network solution is the Intel 82576 Gigabit LOM.

Config Notes
- Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Disk configuration: two HDD drives configured as RAID 1 device. Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with and requires the following additional load parameters: dom0_mem=16G dom0_max_vcpus=4 (parameter is required, values can be changed).
- Serial/USB/VGA port(s): provided through KVM connector console breakout cable which supplies one RS232 serial port, one VGA port and two USB ports. The system also has one internal USB port.
- SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to a SLES 12 FV guest. One of the Intel Integrated Ethernet Connection X722 for 10GBASE-T adapters was used in this testing.
