Product Description
Intel S3420GPRX server board supports Intel i3-540 CPU with Intel 3420 PCH chipset. The memory controller is combined in CPU,PCH is acting as the IO Hub.This board uses a normal ATX form factor motherboard.

Config Notes

Install: System installed using external USB connected DVD drive; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration.
PCI Network Pass-Through: System was tested using PCI pass-through where the network adapter was given to the SLES 11 SP2 x86-64 guest. One of the embedded Intel® Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES 11 SP2 drivers are included with the OS. The Windows 2008 drivers are available from http://download.novell.com (VMDP-WIN-2.0.exe), and the virtio network drivers were used during testing.
