Config Notes

Install: System installed using an external USB DVD drive; the OS was installed from DVD using the UEFI boot loader and elilo system configuration.

System was scaled up to 4-socket by joining two x880 X6 with 4S scalability connector.
SUSE Driver Kit: The ibm_x6-sle11sp3-x86_64 driver kit is SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant. The driver kit was installed during the SLES install process as an initial bootable iso image.
